  2. If the complaint information provided by the user is false or fraudulent, leading to incorrect handling of the issue and causing losses to third parties, the user who submitted the complaint will bear full responsibility.
  3. RMDEA Mall will not be held directly responsible for copyright infringements caused by force majeure, malicious third-party actions, or other causes outside of our control. However, we will do our best to cooperate in addressing these issues.
